Vintage Design
Pair of Scandinavian glass wall lights/sconces by Carl Fagerlund (1960s). Transparent glass shades from Orrefors representing a leaf (matte frosted relief on the inside and shiny on the outside) on polished brass bases from JSB. They spread the light beautifully (see pictures). The combination of modernism & floral makes these wall lights a unique addition to a range of interiors such as Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, 70’s Glamour, Traditional or Contemporary. High quality craftsmanship.
Cleaned, re-wired (hardwired) & ready to use (compatible in Europe, UK, US, etc.). Each wall light requires 1x E14 light bulb (E12 in the US), max 60 W each. LED compatible. Height: 25 cm/9.8”; width: 13 cm/5.1”; depth (from wall): 12 cm/4.7”. Very good vintage condition. Light patina and light wear consistent with age & use on the brass elements.
