Pair of Louis XVI fauteuils, having their original putty-gray painted finish. Each armchair has a squared, padded backrest, in a channeled frame with a gadrooned border. The downswept armrests with padded elbow cushions, ending in scrolls, and raised on acanthus-carved terminals. Its crown seat is set on a straight apron, flanked by rosette blocks. Each seat is raised on four round, tapering, fluted legs, ending in touipe feet.
