Vintage Design
Stunning and rare mid-century modern wall lights/sconces by Limburg (Germany, 1960s). Black round “iron” rings inlaid in thick hand blown transparent glass. Minimal & geometric design and high quality craftsmanship. They cast a wonderful light (see pictures). Original stickers/labels intact.
Cleaned, re-wired (hardwired) and ready to be installed straight to the wall (compatible in Europe, US, UK, etc.). Each wall light requires 1x E27 light bulb (E26 in the US), max 100 W. LED compatible. Height: 20.5 cm/8.1”; width: 15.5 cm/6.1”; depth 11 cm/4.3”. Excellent vintage condition.
Limburg manufactured many lamps which became design classics, such as the famous bubble glass lighting by Helena Tynell.
