Contemporary Design
“Metamorphosis 2” is the title of the new lamp model by GC Light Italy. The cement is completely replaced by the wax which is processed through tools and heat to give the model an always different shape, thus making each model unique. The wax flows, generated by the processing, which are found both on the lamp body and on the lampshade, give the whole a mysterious soul that evokes the typical atmosphere of Victorian London of the late ‘800. Each lamp is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
