This is an antique combat helmet made around 1800s in Edo era in Japan.
Kabuto is a type of helmet first used by ancient Japanese warriors which, in later periods, became an important part of the traditional Japanese armour worn by the samurai class and their retainers in feudal Japan.
The materials of this helmet are thin iron plates and insides are with cotton.
This helmet has Hachi, Shikoro, Fukigaeshi, Mae-zashi, Hari-date, Hachi-manza but not Datemono.
