The top of this English Hepplewhite secretaire has two drawer fronts that drop down to reveal the secretary interior. There are six small and two larger drawers which have the original brass knobs. There is a small drawer inside the prospect door. The interior has a large writing surface lined with green baize. The lower section has one long drawer with a tripled beaded molding above and flanked by straight tapered legs terminating in the original brass cup castors.
