A fine early Dutch delftware vase with chinoiserie decoration converted into a lamp.

This 18th century Dutch delftware lamp is painted in chinoiserie style. The decoration shows us many birds, flowers, and trees. The main scene is Peacock, sitting on a rock. On top of the vase is mounted a brass lamp fitting, to be used with international voltage. The wire will need a plug for your local fitting but can be directly plugged into the power supply.
The vase measures 22cm Ø and 28cm in height, the total with mounting is 44cm.
