Vintage Design
Used in the Danish Parliament (Amalienborg), The Danish Courts of Law and in the offices of Danish state Television this extremely versatile and fully adjustable table lamp with its characteristic spiral court has become an icon. It is very well-built with its cobra’esk solid aluminum shade made from one piece, its flexible goose-neck rod and its heavy steel base. The versatility is also represented by the light that can be adjusted up/down in strength.
It was designed by the Danish Architect Asger Bay Christensen in the 1980s and made in Denmark by his own company Asger BC Lys. Measurements: H: 49 cm (fully extende), Diameters 10/9 cm shade/base. Base height: 11 cm.
For the US. It will come installed with a 110 watt adaptor plug ready for use.
