This very high quality French vase in caramel hue with guilding is most probably made by the Nast Porcelain Manufacture ( 1754 – 1817 ). It’s handles are designed in the shape of two gilt griffins who rest their paws on young men’s faces. The vase is decorated back and front with most exquisitely modelled flower garlands made out of white bisquit porcelain.
The vase stands on a gilt square base.
